Congratulations to Hayden & Gloria

Hayden & Gloria celebrated their wedding on a warm September day surrounded by family and friends. The surrounding orchards were really showing off with bright red apples hanging from each tree. When you arrive at Whippoorwill Farms in Sparta, MI you can see the amount of thought and time and energy that Amber, the owner, put into creating a space perfect to host a wedding or event. With separate places for the bride and groom to get ready, Gloria began her day getting ready in the "Hen Den", with her bridesmaids and mother. Her mom and maid of honor helped her into her dress, shoes, and last minute finishing touches. Gloria made a stunning bride! Hayden and Gloria opted to wait until the ceremony to see each other, so we decided to do a first look with the bridesmaids. It was so heartwarming to see their reactions and hear their kind words. We did bridal and bridesmaid portraits following the first look. Gloria had a lot of ideas for bridesmaid photos and we incorporated many into their wedding day. It was so fun collaborating and making her vision for photos come to life.

Ceremony

The Ceremony Space at Whippoorwill Farms is charming the wooden doors swing open to reveal the bride standing with her father. As Hayden gets his first look at Gloria a smile spreads across his face. Gloria walks down the aisle with her father, guests rise from the wooden benches as she meets Hayden at the end of the aisle. The ceremony was personal and heartfelt. They couple exchanged vows and Gloria's excitement could be felt by all when they were pronounced man and wife.

Reception

Hayden and Gloria greeted their guests as they entered the reception barn. Following the grand entrance guest dined on tacos from El Sombrero Mi Tierra. Dancing followed in the barn across the path.
